The video from the Mar 11, 2025 Residents' Meeting is now available for viewing directly from this link AND

NOTE per Beth Parrish: There were three minutes of dead time right after the meeting was called to order during which the microphones were being set up. Beth Parrish was able to delete that dead time from the recording in order to maintain the continuity of the meeting. This is being noted so those of you who were physically in attendance at the meeting don't wonder - what in the world is going on. 😊😊😊

Please contact Gay Paxton with any issues/questions about the meeting.

Please contact Beth Parrish for any technical issues with watching the video.

Sent 2025-03-11: Shredding notification -

On March 18th, two 95 gallon locked bins will be delivered to our library for residents to dispose of personal confidential documents.  Please limit your personal documents to one banker's box.  We will make exceptions for SEPO related items, such as past officers wanting to dispose of confidential paperwork.

It was suggested at today's board meeting that if past officers are unsure if documents should be shredded, they should bring those documents to current board members for review before tossing them in the bin.

The bins will be in the library for approximately one week.

Sent 2025-03-04: No March Neighborhood Watch meeting !!!!! -

Dear Friends

Because of a conflict on Monday 17 March (St Patrick's Day), we shall call off the Neighborhood Watch meeting at 3p - Monday 17 March.  See ya on April 21st.

Also, the CERT class was postponed for now as Fire Chief Darrel Loftus is doing a new class of Firefighters and he is very busy.  But count on your return in the Fall for a class.

A class is usually 5 or so weeks (usually one weekly 4 hour class)  Well worth the time & effort.

Our books are even ready for us. I still have your names and we can probably take a few more.

Anyway, y'all have a safe trip home.

BTW - Over at Encore Resort ..... a man had a heart attack, dropped on the floor, one of the NW folks started CPR, another called EMS and ----- the man is alive and well. He was taken to the hospital - is stable and doing well.

So if anyone needed a push to take a class on CPR - you just had it.

I'll be around if anyone has questions.

PS:  The Police Department will most likely have a Citizens Police Academy in the Fall - if you're interested.
