  2. Process for Requests – 

    • Please read ALL items on the UPDATED "ACC Request and Approval Form" below Very Carefully as some of the processes involved have been changed.
    • ​Prior to starting any EXTERIOR improvement, maintenance or structure, submit any required forms and information to the Office for approval by the ACC.
    • Allow up to 25 days for approval/rejection notification. Plan your project accordingly.
    • You will be notified by the SEPO Office of your approval/rejection status by email or phone.
       
  3. Dates when Requests are Reviewed by the ACC -   
    • The ACC is scheduled to meet monthly on the 1st and 15th of each month, except when the date falls on a Holiday or the Weekend. In that case, they meet on the next Business day.​
