Hi Sunshine Friends! Here is your FINAL Reminder to submit all SEPO Oct 2026 Newsletter Articles and Announcements by the end of the day on Thursday, October 24 at seponewsletter@gmail.com.
I will notify each of you when your article has been received by replying “Received for Newsletter”. If you do not get this reply within 24 hours, please contact me directly via Text or Email. Once the article is received, the Editor updates or adds any corrections to the article before it is published. If I send any questions to you regarding your article, please respond as soon as possible, since I need to publish the Newsletter before the end of the month.
I've heard from lots of you already and hope to hear from any other amazing Volunteers, sharing their activities and group events! Our SEPO Newsletter is an excellent resource to attract interest and new members for your Group or Club!
REMINDER: Even if you don’t have an activity finalized in time for printing, you can always submit a “Save the Date” message for the Newsletter!

On November 21st Women’s Club is hosting an art and craft show and sale. Winter Texans bring your art and crafts to display in this show. There is no charge for craft tables. You may display your art and sell it if you wish.

This is Beth. For those of you who aren't aware, I just saw this on Facebook. It was posted on Fri, Sep 11, by Pat Heinerikson.
The swimming pool is open today (Fri).We completely emptied the swimming pool of water, scrubbed down the sides and bottom. It is now available and ready to go. Thank you for your patience.

This is Beth. For those of you who aren't aware, I just saw this on Facebook. It was posted 20 hours ago by Pat Heinerikson.
We will be closing the swimming pool tomorrow, Tuesday due to a chemical imbalance that would be cheaper in the long run to go ahead and change out the water and maintain it from there. So by doing this, we will go ahead and scrub and clean the pool and go back with new water before the season. That way we’ll have a nice clean chemically balanced pool going into the season. Sorry about the inconvenience, but this should be done tomorrow and Wednesday and hopefully open on Thursday thank you.
