It is my duty as the 2026 SEPO Election Committee Chairperson to report the following from the “Residents & Directors” meeting held on Jan 5, 2026, in Retzlaff Hall at 1 PM.

During this meeting the status of each of the nominated Sunshine Country Club Estates (SCCE) members listed below was validated by the SEPO Board Secretary as defined under Article II of the SEPO Bylaws, in order for the election to be held on February 17, 2026. The Bylaws read as follows:

ARTICLE II - MEMBERSHIP
Members
2.01 Only deeded lot owners of record of Sunshine Country Club Estates, and/or their spouse shall be considered as members of this corporation.

Sent 2025-12-27: 2026 SEPO Board Nomination Committee: Nominees Announcement -
The SEPO Board Nomination Committee, consisting of Patricia Lay (Chairperson) and Joanne Anderson, are pleased to submit the following Nominees names, in alphabetic order, for the 2026 SEPO Board of Directors election.
These SEPO Homeowners have met the requirements and are in good standing in the Sunshine Estates Community. All Nominees have been interviewed by one or more Nominating Committee members and were considered by this Committee for nomination based upon their responses to the questions asked of them. We have attached the BIOs we received from each Nominee.
During the January 5, 2026 SEPO “Residents & Directors” meeting the Nominating Committee will move that the SEPO Board place the names of these nominees on the 2026 ballot.
