Howdy, neighbors! Just a friendly reminder about our Pop-Up Lunch on Monday, January 5, from Noon - 1 PM.

We’ll be serving:
• Chicken salad sandwiches on a croissant with lettuce
• A bag of chips
• Tea lemonade and coffee

All for the low price of $5!

We’ll also have:
• FatBoy ice cream sandwiches for $2
• Free popcorn for everyone

It’s a great opportunity to enjoy lunch, visit with your neighbors, and then stay afterward for the "Residents & Directors" Meeting..

We sure hope to see you there—come hungry and bring a friend!

Remember -
Monday at 1pm, there will be a Board/Residents meeting in the Hall, including Directors’ reports, election discussion, candidate introductions, employee introductions, SEPO club updates, more.

Also, the Women’s Club will be selling chicken salad sandwiches and chips for $5 starting a little after noon (while they last).

Come for the food, stay for the meeting.

Reminder: Birding and Nature Club Speaker, Monday, January 5th will be John Yochum, Park Ranger at Estero Llano Grande State Park, who will be speaking to us on the Rio Grande Valley magic. This will be of interest, as it pertains to the many unique flora and fauna of the RGV. The meeting will be at 7PM in Retzlaff Hall, Monday, January 5th. All are welcome. See you soon.
