Hard to believe we will be starting a new season of activities at Sunshine soon! 

 

Pack your western gear for our Murder Mystery and clothes for Octoberfest if you are here Oct 24th. Our BBQ next spring will be outdoors. If you have outdoor games like lawn darts etc, bring them. We'll have music for dancing in the streets too.

I was updating the Sunshine Web site yesterday and just happened to find out from the office files that one of the homes that had been for sale on the Market had been sold. I contacted the realtor, he confirmed, and I have removed it.

 

Would everyone who has homes listed on the Sunshine Web site review your listing and if anything needs to be updated, please either you or your realtor let me know about it.

Dear Sunshine Country Club Estates Residents,

 

I wanted to share an important staff transition within our SEPO community.

 

After many years of service to Sunshine Country Club Estates, Lupe retired last week. Lupe has been a familiar and valued part of our community for a very long time, and we are incredibly grateful for all she has done for SEPO and our residents over the years.

 

Those of us who have had the opportunity to work with Lupe know how much knowledge, experience, and dedication she brought to her job. She has helped countless residents, worked through many changes in our community, and has been someone we could depend on day after day.

 

On behalf of the SEPO Board and our entire community, I want to sincerely thank Lupe for her many years of service. We hope retirement brings her plenty of time to relax, enjoy herself, and do all the things she hasn't had enough time for while taking care of the rest of us. Lupe, you will be missed, and we wish you nothing but the very best in this next chapter.

 

At the same time, we are very happy to welcome Cassandra, who will be stepping into Lupe's position.

 

Transitions are always a little bittersweet, but we are excited to have Cassandra joining our SEPO staff in this new role. There will naturally be a learning curve as she gets settled and becomes familiar with the details of serving a community of more than 300 homes, so I hope everyone will join the Board in welcoming her and supporting her as she gets started.

 

Welcome to SEPO, Cassandra! We are glad to have you here and look forward to working with you.
