Hi All - I hope everyone has been enjoying their summer. I have been, but it sure is going by fast!

The purpose of this email is to remind everyone of the Sunshine Website Guideline for Selling/Renting your home, particularly if you are using a realtor.

 

Quite a few of you are using Realtors, which is perfectly fine. However, I had become aware of several updates needing to be made to these Sale/Rent pages, but had not received anything from the realtors.

 

So, this week, I reached out to every realtor with a listing on our website, and did get some info back. Hence the 'weekly MARKET' email I just sent out. However, I have reached out twice to some realtors with no replies yet. For example, I know there's at least one home on the website that has sold and the new owners are already in the directory.

 

So, what I'm asking of everyone is, if you are working with a realtor, please make sure they are keeping the Sunshine website updated for you so I don't have to chase down updates from them.

• Pictures have been added to the listing for the home at 4133 N Missouri, owned by Donald Van Ells.

Hey,

 

Leave the pump in the Texas Ave dog park alone!

 

If there’s an issue please reach out to me and I’ll take care of it.

 

The pump is on a GFI, but they can go bad. And if you’re standing in water and unplugging it, you’re taking a chance I wouldn’t.

Last call for recipes. Thank you so much to those that have already submitted recipes to be included in the Women’s Club cookbook. So far we have received over 300 recipes!!! Wow! How great is that?

 

If you have not submitted a recipe and are still considering doing so, please submit by June 1!

Attention Golfers!     I have placed a signup sheet in the library for the Saturday golf scramble host. George Moore and I have signed up for this Saturday’s event.
