Non-Compliant Residents' Fences

At the SEPO Board meeting on December 10, 2018, Myra Boykin requested that all Resident addresses who received a letter from the Board in the Board's effort to bring these properties into compliance with our covenants be published on the SEPO Web site.

The residents who received this letter dated October 30, 2018 are property owners at:

  • 4165 N Missouri St

  • 4240 N Minnesota St

  • 4248 N Minnesota St
