Each Ballot to be voted on (excluding the SEPO Board Candidates) are listed below.

There is one (1) Bylaws Ballot.

The Board of Directors recommends this change to Bylaws requiring a majority (51%) vote

of the 'votes of homeowners'.

(This currently means, (0.51 x 306 votes = 156.06, or 156 positive votes needed to amend our Bylaws.)

There are six (6) Covenants Ballots.

The Board of Directors recommends this change to Covenants requiring a 2/3 vote of the ‘votes of homeowners'.
(This currently means, (0.67 x 306 votes = 205.02, or 205 positive votes needed to amend our Covenants.)
