Hi! This is Irene, a fellow Sunshiner. I have a good friend who is a group and personal fitness trainer in Dallas. She is coming to visit me in October! She has agreed to do a stretch class in our hall at 10:00a on Friday, October 6. Anyone is welcome. You can pick up some new stretch ideas and enjoy together time.
