I would very much appreciate everyone (particularly those of you who are new residents in 2020) to review your information on each of these files to ensure it is accurate on both the Web site and in the SEPO Office.

Sand is available to residents for filling sandbags. The sand to be used for this is located in the Storage area on the East side of the Can Shed. DO NOT USE the sand that is used to fill the Golf Course sand bunkers. Bring your own bags (can be found at Lowe's or Home Depot).

Dear Friends -On behalf of Bob Saylor:
Agnes (Aggie) passed away quietly on Friday 31 July 2020. Her remains are with Bob and her Canadian family too.

We will miss her - her laughter, her kindness, her patriotism, her knitting, her craft shows, her RV stories, her motorcycle side-care experiences and her generous heart. Another special recollection of Agnes was her reading of "In Flanders Field" on Veterans Day here at Sunshine as a tribute for our Veterans - you know, she grew up not very far from there.

Bob is well and has tested NEGATIVE for Covid.

God Bless Bob & Aggie and all of us here and our families

Anyone who has a renter currently or will be having a renter in your residence in the future needs to ensure this form gets filled out by either the Resident or the Renter, and returned to the SEPO Office. You can print the form which is HERE and get it back to the office via e-mail, fax or walk it in. For those of you who are not aware a resident has tested positive for Covid. For the safety of all SEPO Residents all buildings will be temporarily closed, until further notice, including the Woodshop. All Keypads will be deactivated, with the exception of the General Purpose Room, where you can still pick up your boxes. Men’s league golf will meet in the Pavilion. Stan Nelson has the signup sheet. (Cards will be available in the Window Box). Pool and Hot Tub will remain open but monitored daily for social distancing.
